This service may apply when a passenger no longer needs an empty animal crate, a crate must be moved from Istanbul Airport to a hotel or residence, a crate should be returned to a pet shop or handler, or temporary storage is requested by prior agreement.

Collection from restricted or airside locations may not be possible. The releasing party must approve collection, and the crate dimensions, photos, weight, folding ability, destination and deadline must be shared before pricing.

Ana Kurye does not collect a live animal under this standard service unless a separate lawful and suitable arrangement has been confirmed. Cleaning, dismantling, disposal, return, storage and shipping are separate services.

Moving an Empty Pet Crate After Arrival
Large pet crates can be difficult to move after a flight. Some passengers need the crate taken to a hotel, residence, storage point, pet shop or veterinary clinic. Others need it returned after an emergency purchase or collected after the animal has been accepted by the airline or cargo handler.
Ana Kurye reviews the crate size, pickup point, meeting instructions and delivery address before assigning a courier or vehicle. Foldable crates, rigid crates and oversized carriers may require different handling, and some airport or building locations may not allow direct courier entry.
Release and handover conditions
The customer should confirm who is holding the crate, whether a receipt or authorization is needed, and whether the courier can collect from a public point. We do not enter restricted airport areas or act as an official handler. The service is limited to permitted collection, movement and delivery.
If the crate must be returned to a seller, the seller's return rules control whether the return can be accepted. Ana Kurye can coordinate the handover, but refunds, product condition checks and warranty decisions belong to the seller.
