Services are provided subject to authorization, item eligibility, office release procedures, customs requirements, carrier rules and courier availability. We review each case before confirming whether collection or shipping support can proceed.
We do not guarantee that any office will release an item, that any carrier will accept shipment, or that customs will permit import at destination. Quotes may include service fees, waiting time, packing, storage charges, domestic delivery and carrier charges.
