Lost iPhone Recovered from Sabiha Gokcen Airport - We Went Twice in One Day
Pavel contacted Ana Kurye after an iPhone belonging to his family was found following a Pegasus Airlines flight from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport to Edinburgh. The case required careful identification, two airport visits in one day and delivery coordination toward Belgrade, Serbia.

The lost property case had already been registered with Pegasus, and the phone had been transferred to the Sabiha Gokcen Airport Lost and Found Office.
After confirming the necessary collection details, Ozlem Boz travelled to Sabiha Gokcen Airport to personally collect the phone on behalf of the passenger.
That was not our phone
At the Lost and Found office, the staff showed the phone connected with the case. Ana Kurye immediately sent information to the customer so the device could be confirmed before leaving the airport.
The customer looked at the phone and said it was not theirs. The colour and especially the phone case did not match what the family remembered.
The Lost and Found staff checked again, the model and wallpaper were discussed, and another possible matching phone was searched for. When no other matching phone appeared to be available, Ana Kurye left without collecting the device rather than taking the wrong item.
Then came the message that changed everything
A little later, Pavel contacted Ana Kurye again. His wife had suddenly remembered something important: just before the flight, their son had changed the phone case.
He had also changed the screen image to a photograph of the children's football team. The phone shown earlier was actually their phone, but it looked completely different from what the family remembered.
Back to Sabiha Gokcen Airport again
Pavel contacted Pegasus again and confirmed the updated identifying details, including the phone case and the football-team image.
Once everything was confirmed, Ana Kurye returned to Sabiha Gokcen Airport for the second time that same day. This time, the phone was successfully identified and collected.
From Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Serbia
After the phone was recovered, Ana Kurye also assisted with the next stage of the process: arranging delivery coordination toward Belgrade, Serbia.
What started as a lost iPhone after a Pegasus flight became a memorable case because the solution depended on patient communication, checking details and returning to the airport when the case changed.
